Q. What is the minimum rental period?
A. Three nights unless otherwise stated. Two nights bookings
are accepted but at the same rate of three nights.
Q. Is weekly rental Saturday to Saturday only?
A. No, guests are welcome every day of the week.
Q. What are the prices for periods shorter/longer than a week?
A. Shorter periods are proportionally more expensive due to
fix costs of cleaning etc. Very long periods (more than two
weeks) are generally cheaper. In both cases prices will be
confirmed upon your request of availability.
Q. Is the rent all inclusive?
A. All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets
and towels and final cleaning. There are no hidden extras to
pay. One linen change and cleaning per week is provided.
Q. Will I find sheets and towels?
A. Yes, one change a week is included. Ask for special
arrangements.
Q. Can I get a maid, a cook, a baby-sitter?
A. Yes.These services are available on request, just ask when
you make your booking and we will be happy to give you full
details.
Q. What will there be in the apartment?
A. Although this may vary for different properties, generally
you will find dishes, cups, cutlery . We will also be happy to
satisfy your special requests of food and wine; just ask when
booking.
Q. Do you have an office in Venice?
A. Yes, our office in Venice is very central and is open
Mon-Fry office hours are 09:00-12:30 15:00-18:00. In case of
emergency we can be contacted at anytime outside office hours.
We will be happy to assist you throughout your stay in Venice.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Q. Where do I check in?
A.You will be met by a person of our staff at the nearest
waterbus stop.she will give you keys, show you the apartment
and give you all the assistance you should need.
Q. Where do I check out?
A. At the property.
Q. How do I get to my apartment from the airport?
A. You will receive detailed instructions when you book, but
basically the best way into Venice is by water taxi, this can
be booked through us or found directly at the airport. You
will be taken directly to your apartment where you will meet
one of our representatives. Alternatively you can:
-Get the bus or road taxi to Piazzale Roma and from there
either walk or take the water bus.
-Get the water shuttle from the airport to Venice, same route
as the water taxi (across the lagoon) but stops only in one
place. From there you either walk or you take the water bus,
this of course depend on which property you are staying.
Q. How long does it take from the airport?
A. approximately twenty five minutes by water taxi. One hour
is what it will take you with other means of transportation.
Q. How do I get to my apartment from the train station?
A. You will receive detailed information when you book but
basically, as the station is conveniently located in Venice
you will be able to reach your property either by water taxi
or by water bus. One of our representatives will meet you
there.
Q. How long does it take from the train station?
A. You should be able to reach home in approximately ten/fifteen
minutes by water taxi and the double by water bus.
PAYMENT
Q. Can I pay by Credit Card?
A. Sorry, at the moment we can't accept credit cards.Payment
will be done at your arrival in cash or travellers' cheques
Q. In what currency am I going to be debited?
A. Euro.

A supplement of 55.00 euro is requested for arrivals between
07.00 pm and midnight .After this time the check in is not

Q. How do I get confirmation of my booking?
A. By e-mail or, if requested, by fax.
Q. At which point my reservation is considered as binding?
A. When you finalise your booking and you give us your credit
card details as guarantee of the reservation.
Q. What are you going to debit me when I finalise my booking
and when is the balance due?
A. No rental deposit is requested when you finalise your
booking with us. Full payment will be done at the arrival

A. Yes, please send us an e mail or fax with your request and
we will give you full details and prices
