TIDINESS – CLEANING – HEATING
The flats are given in a clean and neat state. The rate you pay for your stay does not include cleaning of the cooking surfaces in kitchens and/or kitchenettes and garbage removal. The guests are responsible for this. Failure by the guests to see to these two tasks entitles the owner or agent to charge extra. Due to the energy sourcing situation and the laws in effect in Italy, use of heating (time it stays on, when it is turned off, and the temperature) is governed by provisions that vary form region to region. Generally speaking, heating systems operate between November and April. Consequently, the heating, the cost of which is included in the rental fee, will be running only during said period ( unless in case of exceptional weather conditions ).
